Television Producer/Host/Writer of the award winning Canadian television series "Ethnicity" and the nationally syndicated television series "Second Chance" and "Giving Voice".

Canada's leading voice expert treats you to an hour-long interactive workshop. Ms. Gross will give you intriguing insights into what the sound of your voice reveals about you and how you can use it to establish rapport in professional and social settings. Ms. Gross is a lecturer at the University of Toronto and works with Fortune 500 companies, Ivey Business School MBA programs as well as Health Canada and the Government of Ontario.
